Pretivm just raised $ 540 million for their gold mine.....GCU being hustled into this deal because, we are told, insistently, that no one is able to raise $$ for gold ventures....hello, obviously not true. Not the time to accept a weak deal from a weak sister like FF. There is real money out there for real deposits, and we have 5 million ozs. The rude breakfee is now in the way of alternative offers...way too high a breakfee, extra ordinarily high, bizarrely high...possibly challengably high...i fault our b of d for the deal in general, but most specifically for the brutal, totally out of line break fee they agreed to....certainly intended to dissuade other bidders and not in shareholders interest...
