RE:Healthcare takeovers...When we touched $5.00 the Larson bros didn't sell a single share, instead they strategically diluted themselves for future growth prospects. I don't think a 75% to 150% premium on todays share price ($2.80 at time of writing this) would be sufficient for their support. $4.90 to $7.00 seems weak, specifically when you recognize the Larsons' interest in holding on to shares with their insider knowledge. If a takeover were to be in the cards, I think we would be talking about 75% to 150% over the years high of $5.00, getting us to the range of $8.75 to $12.50. When the offer comes in (if ever) I would likely be looking to the Larsons to see where they think the company is headed, and if they'd be better off taking the cash and moving on.

I still do not imagine a takeover bid is in the cards until re-occuring contracts bring in sustainable revenue and profits; which we may be at sooner rather than later.
