RE:Is not $1.2 B of debt going non recourse soon?

PR says $1.7 B is non recourse. So is there a debt issue if this comes off of the $2.1 B of total debt? As it looks like they have a few hundred million in cash so net debt would be minimal.

Interesting as there was downgrade today due to debt levels. I must be missing something.
