Why?

Why?Why would any Company buy this - it would be doing so at a ridiculous premium.
The stock is so over-valued, all they need to do is let it continue to gravitate down to 
$3.50-$4 and then buy it - maybe.   If there are firms with money to burn their best investment
in this stock is time - wait it out, this still has lots of floors to fall.
