With all due respect, you are not aware of the current situation regarding immigration regulations for students. There is no good news. 

The government recently shut down the work and study program. For most language schools, that represents a 15-50% loss in revenue. The loss is actually exponential because, once agents and students begin losing interest in a destination for one reason, they start losing interest in general. 

The requirement to comply with the new regulations means much more paperwork and very significant expenses for schools. It also involves high risk because some schools (ex: BC) can be suspended (closed down) in a very quick and cavalier manner.

You can see what BC schools are - or aren't - accredited here. I didn't have much luck finding LOY schools.

This is a grim situation. There is no upside for any school.
