CF, dont forget that Gazprom has been an operator already there in Kurdistan - southwest from Garmain block Shakal, they are appraising Shakal oil field. So my bet Bisley has again good info reading WZR MDA reports it should/could not be such suprise about operatorship. Even when Gazprom entered into Garmain the agreement was WZR an operator within explo and Gazprom withi development. Good for us is that it should mean MNR finally approved/going to approve Sarqala development plan:-)
