Open Letter to Fellow Sunridge Gold Shareholders
In the spring and summer of 2014, I resigned as a consultant to Sunridge Gold after many years being associated with them.
I believed back then I was the single largest retail shareholder and still hold almost all the shares I held then.
I had called for the sale of the company or a merger ASAP, after making it known to management what I believe were poor choices on their part and what I believed it would lead to.
Today, August 25, 2015, I believe most of what I feared has come true and shareholders have little to show for what a very well compensated management team has done up until now. Yes, market conditions are worse, but that was one of the very reasons I had originally urged them to do what I did knowing this would be the result if we didn’t act.
I hereby call for the independent directors of Sunridge Gold to demand the resignation of Michael Hopley and Greg Davis, and engage an independent investment banker ASAP to provide the best course of action going forward.
