I wouldnt' be so hasty ,  Doing a manufactuing startup is no cake walk  ( no pun intended) . and given the product. The regulations and laws are very restrictive . Do it right , or you dont get to open the doors.. I would rather wait and see them get it done to the letter of the law . big profit potential
