RE:RE:Nice simple answer for you...here are listing rules
I didn't mean simple in that it was not time consuming,I meant simple as in I could provide an all encompassing thorough answer in one sentence.Any one  can  look up a specific question by reading it at their leisure.I have found it to be a fairly comprehensive document and always came away with the answer I was seeking when I had the time to look it up.I think it would be best if you skim through or speed read parts you are interested in  for yourself because I cannot give you a one word answer to your question. But generally I can say that NOT likely to be delisted. But possibly downgraded from BIG BOARD to venture exchange. There are currently over 200 companies trade less price per share  than LTS and over 400 companies who have a smaller market cap than LTS.So I think that speaks volumes regardingthe likelihood of LTS being delisted. It is most likely they would be delisted concurrently with them being BANKRUPT.If you dont think that will happen next week then dont worry about being delisted.I have seen companies trade for virtually nothing for months before being delisted,It was because they din't pay their listing fees or files financial statements for 2 consecutive quarters. In other words you have to be a total basket case 10 times worse than LTS currently is to be delisted.
