Industry comparison indicates that Sr mgt of AZX has very little skin in the game.i.e.share ownership. The Pres has just over 600k which is minimal. They seem to go the safer salary plus options route.
What does stand out is for the last reporting period, the Pres and a VP Corp.Dev. ??? each pulled down 200 k in salary compensation or 400k total. Now that appears to be somewhat extraordinary in a junior industry environment where cost cutting, tight money and ultimately survival seem to be paramount.
