When is Biomark doing the $5 Million Private Placement?The CEO stated in the Sept. 9 webcast that Biomark is looking for financing of $5 Million to carry them through HC and FDA approval.

When will the PP happen I wonder? And at what price?

I'm expecting it to be around 10 cents.
