The Company sells these solutions on either a bundled or stand-alone basis. The Capital Markets segment is focused on serving global financial services clients and corporations with an array of buy-and sell-side, treasury, risk management and lending solutions. Its solutions include a variety of mission-critical buy-and sell-side applications for recordkeeping, data and analytics, trading and financing as well as corporate treasury and risk management applications.

I am finding it very difficult to find one reason to vote Yes to this merger, there has been no reasons promoted in the circular that leaves me to think this would be a good deal.. I am still on the NO side and not budging yet. Not going to be selling either this is to good of a discovery !!
