It could continue moving to $9.50 today and tomorrow and start trading a range somewhere between $9 - $10. Most analysts had $9.50 targets as I recall. Even at $10 the distribution is still 7% which in my opinion is very reasonable for this company.

At the end of the day, if you want this company you have to pay the price because there does not seem to be much selling interest. Right now we are lookign at a 9.05 open and only 2300 shares between 9.05 and 9.50.
