This has been accumulated for months in the 20's and 30's with anticipation of a Tesla deal. The smart ones sold on the news with an expected pullback, now has hit support and are probably starting to buy back. Solid company proving up a huge resource with unique processing techniques and a signed agreement with the big boys. Nothing more. Stockguru couldn't move this if he tried.
