At 10.50 this will be more than a triple bagger for me... In @ 3.42 in my TFSA

my cash account average is somewhat higher with some in and out trades but still more than 100% total return as of right now ...

I will maintain a strong core position in my TFSA that I will not sell -- having already took some profits earlier at 8.20ish ... but I will not sell anymore ...

All the 'new' eyes are on us now with fresh money coming into a very tight float -- we could see more of these +0.40 days in the near future ...

Who doesn't want a debt free positive growing cashflow-er paying out @ (approx) 50% AFFOs --
yeilding 8ish % ????
