Its IronCAP Toolkits are available to vendors and can be used by vendors to build secure post-quantum systems for blockchain, 5G/IoT, data storage, encryption, digital signing and comply with the PKCS#11, OpenSSL and OpenPGP standards. Its IronCAP X is a cybersecurity product for email/file encryption.

I think selling the company in one piece is a ploy by Templeton to maintain his obsessive need to be in control at all times. A deal with this amount of money involved could take longer to put together than any of us would like including Singer. I want Singer to see it for what it is and to step up and get this show moving to the right conclusion - starting with Templeton`s resignation.
