I agree that the "if necessary" statement is troubling. It seems that the company is banking a lot on a whole pile of conceptual resources being economic to mine. But, if they have no faith in their ability to convert indicated resources to P&P what does that say about the real potential of the conceptual resources? Stornoway's sins of omission coming back to bite them.
