but, it appears the person HHS has been acquiring land from, has or had (hard to say unless i see a map from HHS) several blocks east of plugger hill that was surrounded or partially surrounded by another staker today. This staker who surrounded those small blocks is also the same name on the recent block staked by EQT to the west side of their block.
