RE:Help

RE:HelpThe proxy form will have an internet address for voting. On the proxy form will be a control number.  Have a family member or trusted neighbour open the proxy material, take out the proxy form, go to the internet site (could be proxyvote.com?) and enter control number. Then a page will open allowing the voter to vote "for" or "against". simply vote "against"  and submit.

What options do I have? Can I call my broker (TD Waterhouse) and vote using the services of an agent there? Do I need a code?

Or would it be better if I called my neighbor and asked him to pick up my mail and give me the instructions and the code? I would prefer not to do this because I don't want him to know how badly I got sucked in by Dev. But I will do it if it is the only way it can work for me to vote.

I have quite a few shares and I want them to be counted on the NO side.

Help!!!!
