wow. didn't see $65US "not bought" coming. looks like Management has made their first misstep. paid up for the acquisition and then diluted up too. double whammy. I wonder how RBC likes knowing they paid $65US to finance the last deal (Covis) and has realized no value for it? although they are part of the syndicate on this deal. so almost an averaging down for them LOL. I know the markets are very choppy right now but I'm pretty sure this deal could've been done "bought" in Canada, faster and for more money.  It seems like the 9 days they took last time to secure financing was the right timing this go around too but they missed the window. took too long.
