OnLine Votingprocess is very easy to complete.  Stayed with my original thesis that a stand alone is the way to go.  

There are risks associated with either position.  My preference is to stay the course and respond negatively to any and all low ball offers.  What is a low ball offer you ask?   Well I guess that depends  on your personal objectives.  For the record, anything under $2.50 CA based on 105 mil. lbs. is a low ball offer from my perspective.  Yours may be different.

Will not get it now, but I can and will wait.  

Again, is not 90% the threshold for a hostile offer?  If we can overturn 2/3s, 90% is doable if the consensus is the offer is low.
