I'm an investor in the company , like you , nothing more . You dont need a good burger flipper to manage a burgar chain .. You need a good manager .. looks to me like they are making changes needed to get the faucilty up and running .. The way I see it,In this product , the most important part is meeting all of the regulatory requirements.. notice the new guy is also a lawyer ...  If you are really paniced about your investment , find some one who lives in Colorado to go check the faucility out. Myself, I continue to accumulate stock at this bottom price  .. cheers..
