Conflicting thoughts on their cost structure:
  • Their all in cost of exploration per ounce is very low for the industry.  That includes all their salaries and whatnot, in which case we're either paying a higher than industry average salary because we're getting better than industry results, or each individual at AZX has a bigger role than they might at a different junior
  • My main issue with the salary is the cashflow.  No idea why management hasn't done any of the following: released Q1 FS, discussed more extensively cashflow issues in the YE MD&A, given us any indication of what's in the pipeline.  If instead of straight up cash we were granting deferred shares (*cough* new DSU plan in the MIC *Cough*) in exchange for a heft portion of that straight up salary, I would be MUCH happier.  Cash is king.
