RE:RE:Voting Day Finally Here. Now We True Investors Have Our Saylol Wintersun, what a load of BS.

How is this merger saving either company from being taken out on the cheap?  Both stocks are down huge since it was announce and can be had for much cheaper. If the merge goes through, and in my opinion it won't, Denison Energy will get rolled back and will continue the downward trend.

Great protection plan!

wintersun10 wrote: This is Non Sense. The reason for the merger was to make it harder for the likes of Cameco to take DML or FCU over on the cheap.
So, if the Cameco's are salivating it must have been ahead of the merger.

Hey, perhaps the Cameco's are behind the Vote No fury on the FCU board, who knows???

My wife and I received the proxies in the mail for our various accounts yesterday.  I've just gone to the proxyvote site and voted in favour of the merger. Still waiting for our FCU proxies to arrive.

The new merged entity will be a real shot in the arm for all of us, but buckle your seat belts after the merger, as I predict the likes of CCO or a Chinese conglomerate are already salvivating.

I smell a home run in the making.

Cheers,

Brit
