Why are People Buying FF??I am fully invested in this deal, but I don't understand why the spread between GCU and FF does not close. The arbitrage is 40% why buy FF and why would the arbs not be buying the GCU and selling the FF and simply locking in 40% over two months? I guess the shares may be hard to borrow but even so why not simply by GCU? Any ideas?
