RE:RE:RE:Bomber up .07 E and bid in tsx is 1.53Read what it says.  Certification "testing" will be done by Nov 23rd.  They didn't say it would be certified by Nov 23rd.  I take that to be that they will have completed the hours required and performed all the tests.  It still takes time after that for the results to be approved.  So, they haven't done anything other than confirm they are on track for the end of the year.
