The only reason MD got involved with the transfer of shares to Decter's fund, is instead of raising money from thousands of investors... he can raise from 1 or 2 large holders.

His rep took a hit, but it so not even closed to damaged like you people think

- ALOT OF PEOPLE MADE A TON OF MONEY ON HIS DEALS

- HIS COMPANIES HAVE DONE WHAT THEY SAID AND PERFORMED WELL FINANCIALLY

- ONE ERRO DOES NOT BREAK HIS CAREER
