L2 is useless

L2 is uselessIt can change in a flash.  Some one take the time to suggest I am wrong and back it up.

I have been looking at this data for a lot of years. L2 only  helps me to decide if and when I should buy or sell at a given moment. Purely subjective.

Now what have I been missing ?
