The NO vote ("Against") as of this morning is running 80% of submitted votes.

I have reason to believe that a couple of blocks about to vote will push that to about 90%, all things being equal.

Of course all things are not equal, in the sense that there are many other vote to come, so numbers can swing dramatically. And maybe things can skew the other way towards the end if there are some pro-LL instos in a position to do so.

The biggest 2 buyers that I know are buying through GMP and BMO. I'd have to say it's the informed money, or at least in the best position to be so ;-)

Keep the NO votes coming! Everyone needs to be counted.

Thank the stars this deal will be still-born! Looking forward to a relief rally.

Management has already made travel arrangements for followup meetings with other interested parties that have expressed NO interest in DML's assets.
