RE:RE:RE:Scotia Research note last weekThe insider selling was de minimis. Chris MacIntyre owns 675,144 shares and another 533,000 options and restricted share units-- and you are complaining that he sold 20,000 shares? Even insiders have to eat, support their children and wife and pay bills. Miles Thompson, after his sale, owns 818,701 shares and 200,000 RSU's. He exercised 200,000 options and sold them on the market--- most likely for tax reasons. The CEO, Simon Ingram, owns 769,148 shares and 985,000 options and RSU's. He has sold nothing. These three gentleman have put in years of hard work making all of us original RMC shareholders a fair amount of money. As you can see from their equity stakes in the company, their personal interests are hand-in-hand with the interests of the shareholders they serve. These numbers are all tyaken from SEDAR filings.
