RE:RE:RE:RE:Why Not Both ...A buyout at this low SP would be difficult as mgt and other shareholders would not approve .....The first offer would raise the price at no cost to shareholders and company .....Competing offers would follow thereafter ........There is , therefore, no need to spend precious cash to get the same effect ( higher SP ) that would happen automatically with an actual BO offer .........
