The Company's segments include Banking Solutions (Banking), Capital Market Solutions (Capital Markets), and Corporate and Other. The Banking segment is focused on serving financial institutions of all sizes with core processing software, transaction processing software and complementary applications and services, many of which interact directly with processing software. The Company sells these solutions on either a bundled or stand-alone basis. The Capital Markets segment is focused on serving global financial services clients and corporations with an array of buy-and sell-side, treasury, risk management and lending solutions. Its solutions include a variety of mission-critical buy-and sell-side applications for recordkeeping, data and analytics, trading and financing as well as corporate treasury and risk management applications.

I am voting NO all the way. I am still flabergasted that Dev and company would concoct such a blatant giveaway of PLS to anyone let alone a loser like DML.

So you can vote till 9th of October? When will they announce the voting results? I don't own FCU anymore and thus I am not very active anymore around here, but at these prices FCU is dirt cheap. And if the vote gets a NO, we might see some nice upward movement.
