Interesting pop

Shares up a healthy 8% in a week.
Institutions added 166k shares in the last three months.
Not seeing any insider purchases the past year.
Volume (abnormally) and price are both up.
No news catalysts that I can see.
Financials will be ineteresting, not necessarily from a revenue point of view (probably flat to slightly higher) but from a company direction view.
Will they buy, sell, re-structure?
