Contract with NHL expires in 2 days - expect a transition agreement prior to that date....whether that will make the stock pop or not is anyone's guess - but I would think the NHL would think twice moving over to BAM Tech without transition support (and risk losing Gamecenter Live customers because of poor quality). They know the transition needs to be seamless...
________ purely speculation - but I would admit something seems to be "going down". You had huge insider buying for a few weeks, then the support bid from Hale of 673,000 shares disappeared (at $0.73). Here is my thinking. When 70% of the company is owned by insiders - there is no way they will make money selling on the open market. The only way insiders make money on their ownership interest is selling the company at a significant premium. Since many insiders owned the stock when it was trading at the $8-$10 dollar range - there is no way they would sell their interest at today's prices given their growth metrics which the market doesn't seem to appreciate. It's curious that insider buying stopped - with a few trades here and there. As you know - when there is an announcement to be made - insiders are prohibited from buying shares. Not suggesting there is an upcoming announcement - just making the observation. I am with M Partners - this company is a prime takeout target given the growth metrics - the question is - when? The only way insiders will make money is selling the company...but volume has been curiously quiet the last few weeks. In my experience, it's tended to be the calm before a significant uptick. Catalysts for a huge move upwards would be an extension of NHL well into 2016 as transition support (securing some degree of EBITDA/Revenue). Another would be an outright sale to BAM Tech ready for 2016. I hate speculation - but nonetheless decided to post my random thoughts.
