I had my say - felt good to vote NO (against)
Folks,

the notice of special meeting form arrived today and I voted against.

Who could agree with the foolishness ?

Foolish for us but great for Dev who by this "special arrangement" gets paid > $1 million bucks.

Noteworthy that his new storey line is to build a mine when the previous year or two dialogue was to solely explore and sell out to a mining firm.   Not a bad payment for a deal that reads like it was developed on a Thursday night over a pizza and a box of beer.

With share price plummeting due to just about everyone being against the deal, no management update of the resource study, and coupled with commodity hits in the market,  could you buy even more shares of the new company with a $$ million bucks ?
