The logo displayed on the only page of the website, is a new logo, and looks a lot like crystals to me (presumably SiO2). I imagine that there is to be significant changes in the UBR business focus if they are going to focus on Silicon metal or supplying Silcon metal producers with the correct purity of SiO2 that is needed for Silcon manufacture (this is much more critical than for other metal enhamcements like aluminum etc.)
We already know from news released by UBR that there are at least two silicon manufacterers interested in UBR's SiO2, one of them has already inicated the material is suitable for them to purchase.
I suspect the new website and news release will come together, since showing the new website will spill the beans, it has to wait for the official news release in my honest opinion.
