the financing was done within hours of the announcement. I don't think that is at risk at all. the closing of the AmCo deal will happen too. the debt would've been committed to before the financing went out. so with the debt placed and the financing done, time to close the deal and start reporting good Quarterly results. thats what I expect. I also expect the leverage (debt to equity) will come in abit lower than originally expected/announced. I expect Value investors will be in buying shortly to build a base and then once the AmCo deal is closed, Goldman and RBC can help make a market to restore the lost value ($1B!) in the stock. this will take some time though. at least 3-4 months.
