I get that, but what would you prefer? That they didn't sign these types of deals and put all their eggs in the OEM install basket? Your last comment doesn't make any sense.

IMO, if a fleet owner is serious about using AFIRS, and Avmax sounds like they are, they'll do what it takes to get those systems installed. It might not all happen at once, but even OEM installs won't all be done in one fell swoop.
