RE:Kaybob...you are 100% wrong...banks cannot "end it"Chantal what is the timeframe of this legal contract?  Have they tripped their convenants?  When do they get their new limits with new reserve values?  All things you really dont know unless you are LTS management or their banker.

What is the value of their assets vs the amount of debt?  Simple math.  This we do know.

My guess is you are not in the oil business.  I am.  I know insolvency when I see it.  The only thing going for it is that the debt is so massive the bank will not call unless their is a suitable buyer and they manage their haircut.  Either way nothing for shareholder.  Really quite simple.
