RE:RE:RE:PinetreePinetree announced on Sept 11th that they would be selling 14M shares privately between Mon Sept 21 and Friday Oct 2nd. They need to announce the actual sale prior to or on Friday Oct 2nd or else they have to come out and announce there intention all over again. My question is has anyone seen this announcement as I have not, this deal has until Friday to close, this could be the reason why the stock is holding around .04 to .05 near the PP until this deal goes through then the stock can take off again. Just speculating the buyer wants to get these 14M at the cheapest possible price which could be right here. Then we have a potentially new player or players sitting on 14M shares that have a vested interest in seeing these shares go up not to mention the 20M PP at .05 that was done a couple of weeks ago. I see a turning point here boys starting next week if Pinetree closes this deal. Thoughts and ideas. Maybe Allen will put his money where his mouth is and buy these shares.
