The merger is his chance to vest his shares without disruption to the stock (ha!), so I doubt he'll want to vest into Aralez at a very low price if his intention was to ride off into the sunset, especially if he thinks he could cancel the deal and gain a 50% increase over night. I'm curious as to what Deerfield is thinking right now. They're in at $7.50.
I received a volume warning from TMX by the way - cracked a million shares. Lots of panicky people out there.
Most of this, I think, is being driven by Vimovo royalties from Horizon. Vimovo is being viewed as one of these overpriced drugs. Horizon has been obliterated by nothing more than a tweet. Nice job Hillary.
