The Company's downstream operations include upgrading and refining operations in Canada and the United States, and commercial fuel operations across Canada.

RE:again, back to near recent hi's....

It's possible but the only 2 suitors I can see are IMO and SU and both of them are very conservative. Would either of them take the risk in the current price environment? It is a tough question to answer. Either way, CVE is still a decent buy at these share prices and is a good long term investment.
