Unfortunately, I not know which Western courts disregarded setting aside judgements of Moscow City/Arbitrazh Court's in circumstances of lack of impartiality. Also, I do not know if Russia was the seat of arbitration in these disputes. I suggest you direct your questions to David Vinokurov VP Corporate Development, Stan's Energy.
