The Valtreixal Project is located in Spain whose operations relate to the exploration and evaluation activities of the Valtreixal tin/tungsten project. Woulfe’s properties are located in Gangwon Province, Republic of Korea. The Woulfe's operations relate primarily to the exploration, evaluation and development of the Sangdong Project.

It can take up to a year to get listed on the London exchange. Does Almonty even meet the requirement that a minimum of 25% of the shares must be free float? We shall see.

The worse the commodity market gets, the better I feel about the merger with Almonty. Without the Woulfe/Almonty merger there is a good chance we would have gone bankrupt.
