Don Baxter

Don Baxtergot a job very quickly with Alabama and yet he still sues FMS. He must be really pissed off at Gary .I don't know if FMS will still be in business by the time a trial happens, but if they are this should be REALLY interesting. As pointed out this will be a major distraction for FMS and will really hurt the funding abilities of both FMS and Grafoid. What I have always wanted to know is how many shares outstanding would FMS have if they were to get to production. They have around 125 million now but at theese levels and in order to raise 160 - 180 million , and if they can monitize some money from Grafoid, would they then have 300 0r 500 0r 700 million shares years from now? Pick your number but they will never make any money! I also think that if there is a trial vs. settelement, the information will give any futur shareholder lawsuits alot of amunition.
