Touchstone Strategic Income ETF V.SIO

Primary Symbol: SIO

The Fund seeks a high level of current income with a focus on capital preservation. The Fund invests, under normal market conditions, at least 80 percent of its assets in income producing fixed-income securities. This is a non-fundamental investment policy that the Fund's Board can change upon 60 days prior notice to shareholders. Income producing securities generally include corporate debt securities, mortgage-related securities, asset-backed securities, government securities (both U.S. government securities and foreign sovereign debt), and preferred stocks. The Fund will engage in frequent and active trading as part of its principal investment strategies.

RE:Excellent news and substantiation for SIO

RE:Excellent news and substantiation for SIO

Seriously? You see a product that's deployed accross North America over 3 brands and only manages to generate $90k a year, DOWN $4k from the previous year when it was only available in ONE single country over ONE single brand, and you think somehow that adding another brand and expanding to Europe is going to magically reverse that trend?

Well, fine. Maybe you're right.

Maybe the October financials will reveal that LG registrations have suddenly kicked in and that SIO has reached the 50k user milestone over the summer.

Maybe SIO has somehow managed not to burn through all their cash reserves, and they'll be able to pay for this european expansion without calling another PP.

Maybe Europe (is that what you call 5 countries these days?) is the exact opposite of North America, meaning they'll register and rent like crazy.

And maybe a year from now, the financials will show SIO to be cashflow-positive with hundreds of thousands of users, millions in rental revenue and a stock price over a buck. And then I'll gladly admit I'm a fool and see myself out. Until then, GLTA.
