RE:Caution!

RE:Caution! What would it take for me to change my vote?  While I would love to see Solver's scenario play out, I would be very surprised if that was the case.  However, however changing the ratio without a significant cash component is a definite no go for me.

Accepting DML paper means that my original investment thesis, explore, expand and sell, is being altered.  In order to entice me to vote "for" means I need to see significant cash now  added to theoffer because I will be waiting some time for this combined play to develop.  What's more, how it plays out could go several ways which I may or may not support in the future.

Therefore, Dev et. al., SHOW ME THE MONEY if you want my support.  More paper will make me more determined than ever to vote "against".

There will now be a chicken in every cooking pot, and your streets will be paved with gold!

They may try to suck you in by raising the ratio of DML useless shares or some other clever ruse to impress and convince.  That may have been the plan all along, a poor share offer, to make a person think that they are going to do better if they raise the ante.

Would only consider it .....if, it was a cash deal for $3/sh. plus a bonus for the new additional lbs  discovered since Dev. valued the pre deal shares at $3.
CASH UP FRONT ONLY!!!

But which financial institution would sponsor DML with their pathetic track record, to lend them the cash?  We should not accept usleless paper no matter what is written on it.  In reality, they are offering FCU shareholders $0.000001/sh.

Be prepared NOT to get fooled by expensive suits,  glib complimentary words, and crocodile smiles!

They know who they are dealing with (ie the gullible share holder), how to manouver people and convince the average shareholder that they are working hard to build your investment.  Smoke and mirrors.

Believe your eyes and not your heart.  Eyes wide open at $0.62/share??!!
