RE:this looks like looting treasury and small shareholders....Minera IRL's main exchange is the AIM in London as far as I know. So I would not expect TSX people to do anything about it...

And I do not assume that miners in the subsidiaries in Peru are paid out of Minera IRL and this problem has already been solved by Benavides in my knowing. 

What we would need are pissed off amployees of Minera IRL that forward charges against management of Minera IRL for betrayal of confidence (not sure if this is translated right as I am a german native speaker) when the companies does treat people with receivable against the company better than other who do have receivables as well.

Not sure what british law is saying to such claims...

Just my personal thoughts. DYODD (or read IKN)
