Quiet Forum...

Quiet Forum...I just wanted to post something to see if anyone else had any thoughts on this company. 

I really like the model of owning US Real Estate anchored by staple grocery stores.
Seems like a pretty good hedge with the Can $ so weak and rumors of a housing bubble that could cause issues with Can side Real Estate.

I bought this at $11 so am pretty happy with the steady performance so far.
Especially considering the state of a LOT of the other REIT's.
