As expected, date passes, management waits until the date to say anything about it and further gives no reason as to why. I'm a little bit miffed that management feels they can treat their retail holders as a complete afterthought rather than b e direct and forthcoming. That said, this will all go through at some point soon and likely we are an afterthought because 1) at this point we are completely inconsequential and 2) hopefully they are busy with important developments that will make us lots of money.
